The Dairy Marketing Branch of the California Department of Food and Agriculture, has received a hearing petition from California Dairies, Inc. The petition is requesting increases to the transportation credits relative to the Stabilization Plans and transportation allowances relative to the Pool Plan.

The Department will weigh the merits of the petition and make a decision on whether or not to call a hearing on the matters raised no later than October 19th.
