LARRY SCHULTZ ART SHOW FROM JUNE 8 TO JULY 6
The newly renovated Hoard Historical Museum and National Dairy Shrine Visitor Center in Fort Atkinson, Wis., is pleased to announce an Artist Spotlight Show featuring the works of artist Larry Schultz of Milton, Wis. There will be an opportunity to meet Larry at the opening reception on Sunday, June 8 from 1 to 4 p.m. The Larry Schultz show runs from June 8 to July 6, 2008. The show is open during regular museum hours, Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Larry is well-known to many for his "Seven Wonders of Wisconsin" painting which is on permanent display in the National Dairy Shrine Museum. His 2006 Cows on Parade figure entitled, "The Tank" has also proven to be very popular and will be displayed during the show, along with 30 to 40 pieces of original artwork. As always, admission to the show and museum is free. Artwork, note cards, and signed replicas of "The Tank" will be available for purchase.
