Holstein Foundation's Dairy Leaders for Tomorrow Campaign Deadline Nearing

Brattleboro, Vt. (November 29, 2010)…Time is running out fast on the Holstein Association USA matching funds for the Holstein Foundation's Dairy Leaders for Tomorrow capital campaign. With over $350,000 raised to date from Holstein Foundation trustees, YDLI alumni and others industry supporters, all funds received will be earmarked for continuing the Foundation's young adult leadership development efforts into the future. Holstein Association USA has offered a generous dollar-for-dollar match on all funds received by December 31, 2010. The campaign has full participation from its board of trustees, and two pacesetting Chairman’s level gifts of $50,000 from Judy and Charles Iager/Maple Lawn Farms, Fulton, Md. and Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc., Hilmar, Calif.

Executive level support of $25,000 or more has been received from DairyBusiness Communications, East Syracuse, N.Y. and Dean Foods, Dallas, Texas.
